Proactive Datum LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Proactive School, Inc. (PAS) which was created to focus solely on the delivery and support of client Data Publishing Compliance needs.
Since 2005, PAS has been providing Data Management solutions to clients utilizing the Data Publishing Compliance (dpC) service solution which has evolved through client production usage to the proven, feature rich service solution it is today.
Don Gauger, CEO
Mr. Gauger manages the day-to-day business activities of the company. He is an Information Technology professional with over 25 years of diverse Information Technology and managerial experience in Applications Development, Operations, Project Management, Business/Service Planning, Marketing/Sales and Emerging Technology Assessment for both Commercial and Government clients. He has owned and managed several successful companies as well as managed corporate organizations as Vice President, Global Information Systems for Citibank and Vice President, Information Technology for Automatic Data Processing. He holds a BBA in Operations Research and Information Systems.
Ralph Winnicker, COO
Mr. Winnicker manages the operations and services delivery activities of the Company. He has over 30 of years of experience building customer satisfaction and loyalty with a focus on quality and service improvement. Prior to joining ProActive School, Winnicker served as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt for ING Retirement Services in Somerset, N.J., where he was responsible for company-wide business process improvements. Before joining ING in 2008 by way of acquisition, Winnicker served six years as Senior Vice President and Quality Director for the Retirement Services Division of CitiStreet in East Brunswick, N.J., where he developed and directed the customer satisfaction and quality programs. For the eight years preceding CitiStreet, he was Vice President Corporate Quality and Vice President Global Business Relationships for Citigroup Inc., New York, N.Y., where he assisted with the development and launch of a global quality initiative, and managed a global customer relationship organization. Prior to Citigroup, Winnicker spent 10 years with Automatic Data Processing in Ann Arbor, Mich. and Jersey City, N.J., where he was responsible for sales, marketing, and customer service. Winnicker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich. He holds certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Process Improvement Facilitator and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has been a member of the American Society for Quality since 1999 and a Senior Member since 2003.
Gerald Ulan, CTO
Mr. Ulan directs the execution of technology strategy for technology service platforms, partnerships, and external relationships; builds and manages a top-flight technology team and oversees research and development, as well as project management. He provides visible leadership for the company within the technology community; anticipates and reacts to major technology changes to ensure the company leads in the competitive landscape; establishes technical standards and ensure adherence to them for services development and company operations. He is a senior Technologist with over fifteen years in Information Technology background. He has served in many senior technical positions with CitiBank, Data General, AINS, and other corporations.
Phil Finelli, Senior Vice President for Strategic Partnerships
Mr. Phil Finelli is responsible for aligning ProActive Datum with customers and partners that will benefit from the unique data publishing solution services offered by the company. For the past thirty-five years, Phil has advised over 150 national and local corporations with various aspects of business development and sales. He has overseen the restructuring and streamlining of corporate practices and has negotiated strategic alliance agreements with key channel partners, resellers, lenders and professionals. His experiences have varied from arranging financing to consulting on mergers and acquisitions. Phil has extensive experience in placing services and/or software with Federal, state and local governmental agencies as well as with national and international commercial customers in the Health Care and Financial Services sectors. Phil has considerable experience in providing data management and data cleansing tools for commercial and government clients as well as expertise in data management as it relates to eDiscovery.
Jerry Chickillo, Director of Health Care Sales & Marketing
Mr. Chickillo has over 20 years’ experience in Healthcare, having worked for Smith & Nephew Endoscopy and Karl Storz Endoscopy in senior management roles. Recently, he has focused on hospital data integration and routing for EMR and PACS applications. In addition, he was co-founder of Parcus Medical LLC, a medical device company. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Marketing Research and holds an MBA from California State University Fullerton.
Jean Coates, Director of Health Care Customer Success
Ms. Coates, MS, RN, Director of Health Care Customer Success has vast Health Care experience both in Health Care delivery and information technology. Jean has been in the Health Care arena for over 30 years, holding Staff Nurse and Nursing Management roles in Medical-Surgical Nursing, PACU and Intensive Care Units, and has spent the last over 20 years in Health Care Information Technology on both the vendor and provider sides of the business. She has held positions with GE Health Care in IT System Configuration Education and consulting; APACHE Medical Systems as a Project Manager; Siemens (SMS) as a Senior Implementation Consultant, where she focused primarily on Beta Site Implementations of new software and application offerings; and Eclipsys in Sales Support. She has held a Senior Engagement Manager role in the consulting group of McKesson Provider Technologies, supporting both Physician CPOE and Nursing Documentation applications. She has served as Regional Chief Nursing Informatics Officer, East-Southeast Division for Catholic Health Initiatives and as CEO and Principal of JAC Consultancy, LLC, an independent IT Consultancy focusing on Cerner Implementations. She holds a Bachelor Science in Nursing from West Virginia University and a Master Science with specialization in Nursing Informatics from University of Maryland. Jean is a long-time member of HIMSS and the Maryland Chapter of HIMSS.
